Ingredients:

  • 4 tsp of minced garlic
  • 2/3 cup + 2 tbsp of tahini
  • 1/3 cup lemon juice (fresh is probably better but i used bottled)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3/4 tsp of salt

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Makes about 3 cups.
