Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Cook tater tots according to package directions.
  3. Meanwhile, brown ground beef in large skillet. Drain off fat.
  4. Add chopped onion to browned beef; saute until onions are soft.
  5. Add soup and veggies to beef and onion mixture. Stir well.
  6. Add salt and pepper as desired.
  7. Pour mixture into a ungreased 8x8 baking dish(casserole); cover with cooked tater tots.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bubbily.
  9. Enjoy! This is even better the next day!
