Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Butter a 3 cup baking dish.
  3. Beat cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Stir in 1 cup shredded cheese and next 6 ingredients until just combined.
  5. Spread in baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  7. Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
  8. Or until hot and bubbly.
  9. Sprinkle with cilantro before serving.
