Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Put the tomatoes in a medium bowl.
  2. Add some very hot water to cover.
  3. Stir for a few minutes, then drain.
  4. (this softens the tomatoes and gets rid of some of the packing oil).
  5. In a food processor, combine the tomatoes, garlic, olive oil and seasonings.
  6. Puree until smooth.
  7. Refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.
