Ingredients:

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (120 g = 4 1/4 oz) or 1 cup whole wheat flour, weighs (140 grams = 4 7/8 oz)
  • 1 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4-1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
