Ingredients:

  • 1 medium potato , sliced wafer thin
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

Directions:

  1. Arrange cut potato on a microwave safe plate.
  2. Spray with cooking spray.
  3. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and any other desired seasoning over potatoes.
  4. Microwave 4 minutes.
  5. Turn, repeat steps 2&3.
  6. Microwave 2 minutes.
  7. Turn & microwave around another 2 minutes or until edges turn brown.
  8. Remove from microwave & leave to cool.
  9. Will crisp up as they cool :).
