Hoisin-Maple Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450°.
  2. Line a roasting pan with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
  3. In a small bowl, stir together maple syrup, hoisin sauce and sesame oil.
  4. Set aside.
  5. Rub each pork tenderloin with cut side of garlic slice.
  6. Spread onion slices and garlic in center of roasting pan.
  7. Place tenderloins, side by side but not touching, on onion mixture.
  8. Sprinkle pork lightly with salt and black pepper.
  9. Bake 10 minutes.
  10. Reduce oven temperature to 375°.
  11. Spoon maple syrup mixture over pork, covering it evenly.
  12. Bake 20 to 25 minutes longer, basting once.
  13. Outside of meat should be well-browned.
  14. Let pork rest 10 minutes.
  15. Slice and serve with the onion mixture.
