Directions:

  1. Cook cauliflour by either boiling or steaming.
  2. Drain.
  3. Carefully place hot cauliflower in a blender and blend until smooth. Add cream cheese, dill, and pepper.
  4. Blend to combine ingredients.
  5. Remove from blender and serve hot.
