6 cups cauliflower (1 medium head) |
4 ounces herb & garlic cream cheese(1/2 a brick) at room temperature |
1 tsp dill |
1/2 tsp black pepper |
Directions:
1. Cook cauliflour by either boiling or steaming. 2. Drain. 3. Carefully place hot cauliflower in a blender and blend until smooth. Add cream cheese, dill, and pepper. 4. Blend to combine ingredients. 5. Remove from blender and serve hot. |
