Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp soy milk
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1/4 cup soy flour
  • 1/4 cup raisins

Directions:

  1. Blend w/hand mixer: bananas, soy milk, sugar, vanilla, peanut butter
  2. Then add raisins, oatmeal, cinnamon
  3. Bake 12 min. 325
  4. 12 cookies
