Directions:

  1. Sprinkle chocolate wafer crumbs in bottom of a 7-inch spring form pan. Set aside.
  2. In food processor add all the ingredients except the chocolate morsels.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Pour over the cookie crumbs.
  5. Bake at 300° for 65 to 70 minutes.
  6. Let cool and remove sides from the pan.
