Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Drain water from tuna can.
  2. Mix tuna, sour cream, and pickle relish in a small bowl.
  3. Remove shells from the eggs.
  4. Mix egg yolks into the salad.
  5. Cut egg whites into small pieces.
  6. Add egg whites into salad.
  7. You can omit the yolk, to eliminate the fat.
  8. To serve as a salad, add macaroni.
  9. This also makes a good sandwich filling, prepared without noodles.
