  1. Arrange chicken in a large shallow baking dish coated with nonstick spray. In a bowl combine the sherry OR chicken broth, (YOUR CHOICE)mustard,honey,butter and pineapple with juice. mix well. spoon over chicken and sprinkle with paprika. bake uncovered at 400 degrees 35-45 min or till meat thermometer reads 180. and if you wish you could shorten the time and grill for the remaining time.
