Ingredients:

  • 2 cups brown rice
  • 1 cup pine nuts
  • 1 cup slivered almonds
  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp ground cloves
  • 3 1/2 cups water
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Directions:

  1. Brown nuts in olive oil; set aside.
  2. Brown ground beef in olive oil with spices.
  3. Add rice and water, lower heat, simmer until rice is done.
