Hamburger/Mashed Potato Casserole

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown ground beef and drain fat.
  2. Add the soup and green beans.
  3. Spoon into a casserole dish.
  4. Prepare the mashed potatoes according to package directions.
  5. Spread over the top of casserole ingredients.
  6. Sprinkle with the cheese.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly.
  8. Note: You can be creative.
  9. Add chili powder or cumin and chopped jalapeño pepper for a Mexican flair.
  10. Or tomato sauce instead of soup and a bit of oregano substituting mozzarella cheese for Italian style.
  11. Just use your imagination with the basic recipe.
