Ingredients:

  • 1 (15 1/2 oz) can tomato soup
  • 1 cup salsa
  • 1/2 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Brown the ground beef and drain.
  2. Add the soup, salsa, milk, and cut up tortillas.
  3. Mix together.
  4. Add the cheese.
  5. Put a lid on the pan and cook for 10 minutes.
