Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook onion& green pepper in butter until tender.
  2. Stir in flour and pepper.
  3. Add milk all at once& bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  4. Reduce heat; add cheeses and Miracle Whip; stir until cheese melts.
  5. Combine ham and potatoes with sauce.
  6. Bake in 13x9 pan at 350.
