Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 3/4 cups milk
  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Sift flour and baking powder together in medium bowl.
  2. Add salt and sugar to bowl.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and stir until smooth.
  4. Add mixture to HOT iron, and cook anywhere from 5-6 minutes.
