Ingredients:

  • 2 oz of pasta (i am a lover and this did the trick!)
  • 4 oz of raw shrimp
  • 1/2 clove garlic , (11215) or to taste
  • 1 oz onion , 1 slice
  • 0 oz cooking spray

Directions:

  1. Sautee onion, pepper, garlic and shrimp while the pasta is boiling.
  2. When the pasta is done, toss it into the skillet with artichoke hearts and sundried tomatoes and stir-fry for a little while.
  3. Put in bowl top with parmesan cheese and enjoy.
