Ingredients:

  • 5 cup yellow farinha flour can be purchased in a spanish store
  • 1 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cups mashed bananas
  • 8 cups cups water or more if needed

Directions:

  1. Mix above all ingredients in a large bowl, when done shape into cigar shape in a cast iron frying pan until Golden Brown. (Mine are dropped in deep fryer with a ice cream scoop like my grand mother did) Eat with coffee, milk, or your Favorite Soup...
