Directions:

  1. Peel and deseed avacados
  2. Mash avacados
  3. Dice tomatoes
  4. Peel roasted garlic
  5. Chop cilantro
  6. Finley dice jalepenos add to suit your spice taste
  7. Mix all ingredients together
  8. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Serve with tortilla chips or with your favorite mexican dish.
