Grilled Spice Rubbed Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp italian seasoning
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 (1 lb) pork tenderloin

Directions:

  1. Heat one side of gas grill only to medium hot.
  2. Combine all seasonings and stir.
  3. Spread spice rub evenly over tenderloins.
  4. Place pork loins on the cool side of the grill.
  5. Cover and cook for 30 minutes or until meat reaches an internal temperature of 155°.
