Ingredients:

  • 2 slices wheat bread
  • 1 slice cheese
  • 2 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Turn on your grill or pan to a medium or high heat. While your cooking surface is heating up. butter one side of both your pieces of bread and unwrap one piece of sliced cheese. After the cooking surface is hot lay one piece of buttered bread buttered side down, put the piece of cheese on top of that and then add the second piece of bread butter side up. Watch the bread as it toasts. As soon as the toast is the way you like it. Give it a flip and do the same in the other side.
