Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat over to 350 degrees.
  2. Spread green chilies on the bottom of a glass baking dish (11 3/4 x 7 1/2).
  3. Layer cheese slices over green chilies. You should have enough to completely cover the bottom of the dish plus extra to stagger for a partial 2nd layer.
  4. Mix eggs & milk and pour over cheese.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  6. Serve with Triscuit crackers while still warm.
