Greek Style Beef Casserole

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook beef, onion, green pepper and garlic in Dutch oven,stirring often until meat just loses its pink color. Stir in tomatoe sauce, broth,salt, marjoram,rosemary,pepper and eggplant.
  2. Simmer 10 min.
  3. Stir in rice.
  4. Pour into an ungreased deep 2-quart baking dish.
  5. Top with cheese
  6. Bake 15-20 min. until cheese is melted and lightly brown.
  7. Serves 6
