Ingredients:

  • 6 medium tomatoes, diced
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, diced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3/4 cup cilantro
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Directions:

  1. Chop everything, mix, and let it sit for half an hour. Eat!
