Grandmother Singleton's Pancakes

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 tbsp cornmeal
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Mix dry ingredients.
  2. Mix wet ingredients in separate bowl until blended.
  3. Add to dry and stir until well blended.
  4. Pour onto hot griddle.
