Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Add seasonings to ground beef, mix well.
  2. Make into 1/2 inch balls.
  3. Put oil in frying pan or heavy kettle, heat, add onion and meatballs and cook until meatballs are well browned.
  4. Pour off any excess fat.
  5. Add vegetable soup and enough water or soup stock to prevent sticking.
  6. Cover and cook slowly until balls are cooked all through.
  7. Serve hot with toasted garlic bread.
