Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp. flour
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • topping
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 3 tbsp. butter

Directions:

  1. Mix first set of ingredients and sprinkle over sliced apples (small (sour) Jonathan apples) in pie shell
  2. Mix topping ingredients until crumb consistency
  3. Sprinkle over top of apples
  4. Bake at 425 degrees until golden brown
