Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp butter or 1 tbsp margarine
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 1 medium tomato, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 dash pepper

Directions:

  1. Melt butter or margarine in skillet over low heat.
  2. Add combined eggs, milk, tomato and seasonings.
  3. Cook slowly stirring only occasionally until eggs are set.
  4. Add process cheese spread and cook until cheese begins to melt.
