Ingredients:

  • your favorite biscuit recipe.(sweetend)
  • lard amount varies
  • 1 egg

Directions:

  1. Roll out dough to double hand size.In middle of dough place filling (any).Fold over and seal edge.Brush butter and egg mixture along edge to seal.Lay each side down in plate of sugar and place in hot grease.Brown each side remove and let set. Serve or wrap each pie to go.
