Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Marinade fish with salt, pepper and egg yolk for 15 minutes, coat with flour, deep fried until golden brown
  2. Bring stock and water to the boil, add bamboo shoots, carrots, salt, black vinnegar, soy sauce, salt, dashi, crab meat, sook for around 15 minutes
  3. Taste, if it's not sour add alittle vinegar, it should be alittle sour
  4. If it's too sour add alittle sugar
  5. Add bean sprouts, pepper, stirr well to mix everything
  6. Add egg, stirr well add cornstarch mixture, stirr well, make sure it's well mixed
  7. Serve in bowls, put fried fish on top, garnish with coriander
