French Toast, 2 Slices - No Margarine or Butter

Ingredients:

  • 2 slices white bread
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp skim milk
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp syrup

Directions:

  1. Mix egg & milk and plain sugar and cinnamon
  2. Dip in bread
  3. Place on griddle - top with cinnamon
  4. When finished, top with powdered sugar and syrup
  5. Enjoy!
