Ingredients:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. Mix the eggs with the oil and sugar. Gradually add in the flour. Once this is throughly mixed together, add the walnuts, chocolate chips (and cranberries, if used), mixing with your hands.
  3. In a bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon.
  4. Oil 3 rimmed cookie sheets. Lay out the dough, separating into 3 equal balls. Press each into a 1 -thick rectangle. Sprinkle the top with sugar and cinnamon. Bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Take the tray out, slice them into long strips, and turn them on their sides. Bake for another 7-10 minutes.
