Ingredients:

  • 2 cup flour
  • 2-3 tsp dill weed
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 cup cold butter
  • 1/2 cup plus 1 tbsp half and half cream

Directions:

  1. In bowl,combine flour,baking powder,dill,salt and pepper. Cut in butter till it resembles coarse crumbs. With a fork,stir in eggs and 1/2 c cream just till moistened.
  2. Drop by 1/4 cupfuls onto ungreased baking sheet. Brush tops with remaining cream. Bake at 450 degrees for 10-12 mins. or till golden brown.
