Fig Sauce for Pork Roast

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups port wine
  • 1/2 cup chicken stock
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 tbsp honey

Directions:

  1. Put everything in a heavy bottomed pot.
  2. Simmer until reduced by half.
  3. This takes about 1/2 hour.
  4. Serve over roast pork.
