Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Stir sour cream, figs, lemon zest and liquor together.
  2. Sweeten to taste with confectioner's sugar.
  3. Chill thoroughly.
  4. Whip cream to stiff peaks and add confectioner's sugar to taste.
  5. Gently fold the fig mixture in by quarter measures until completely blended.
  6. Serve immediately for mousse OR pack into a mold and freeze for frozen mousse.
