Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup orange juice
  • 2 tsp grated orange zest
  • 2/3 cup craisins

Directions:

  1. Whisk together the dry, then the wet. gradually whisk in the dry to the wet. fold in cranberries and bake 16-18 minutes at 400, make sure you grease the cups!
