  1. Lay out the wonton wrappers
  2. Add the shrimps, bean sprouts
  3. Add the shrimps
  4. Add the carrot slivers
  5. Salt and pepper before closing the wrapper
  6. Form each wrapper into a triangular shaped pocket
  7. Press closed with a moistened fork
  8. Brush with egg wash
  9. Deep fry until golden brown in canola oil.
  10. HINT:
  11. Don't add too much mixture in the wrappers, as this prevents a proper closing seal.
