Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • pinch of salt
  • about 1/2 cup of corn kernels
  • 1 tbsp butter (optional)

Directions:

  1. Fry the egg until it is done, but not golden
  2. Scramble the egg
  3. Stir in the corn and the salt, mixing it for about 2-3 minutes
  4. Pour into a dish and put the butter on and it will melt on top
  5. Enjoy!
