easiest egg dish of the century... if you have any corn leftover, this is a nice recipe to get rid of it Ingredients:
1 egg |
pinch of salt |
about 1/2 cup of corn kernels |
1 tbs butter (optional) |
Directions:
1. fry the egg until it is done, but not golden 2. scramble the egg 3. stir in the corn and the salt, mixing it for about 2-3 minutes 4. pour into a dish and put the butter on and it will melt on top 5. Enjoy! |
