Directions:

  1. Saute kale and chopped onion
  2. Beat 4 egg whites with 2 egg yokes
  3. 1/4 cup sprinled on pan and in eggs
  4. Add 1 tsp cream of tarter to eggs and beat
  5. Grate cheese into pan
  6. Layer in pan with eggs last
  7. Bake 450 45 min
