9x9 pan baked crustless quiche Ingredients:
4 egg whites |
2 eggs |
1 tsp cream of tartar |
1/4 cup whole wheat flour |
1 1/2 cup skim milk |
3 ounces cheddar cheese |
1 onion |
1/2 cup kale |
Directions:
1. saute kale and chopped onion 2. beat 4 egg whites with 2 egg yokes 3. 1/4 cup sprinled on pan and in eggs 4. add 1 tsp cream of tarter to eggs and beat 5. grate cheese into pan 6. layer in pan with eggs last 7. bake 450 45 min |
