Easy Supreme Beef Casserole

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown the ground beef, salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Add onion and tomatoes. Mix till smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, Mix cream cheese and sour cream together.
  4. Layer some prepared noodles on the bottom of a greased 9x13 pan.
  5. Now add some of the cream cheese mixture. Last, the ground beef mixture.
  6. Layer until pan is full.
  7. Sprinkle the top with the cheddar cheese. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
  8. Enjoy!
