Easy Summer Mac Salad

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb bag of elbow noodles
  • 1/2 a cup of reg. mayo
  • 1 tbsp of whatever seasoning you are using on the meat (trust me)
  • 1/2 tbsp of onion powder
  • 1/2 tbsp of cayenne pepper

Directions:

  1. Boil elbow noodles and drain
  2. Run cold water over noodles until noodles have completly cooled
  3. Peel and chop 1 cucumber add to noodles, mix.
  4. Add Mayo and a splash of water, mix well (you can add more or less mayo)
  5. Mix in cayenne pepper and enjoy your summer BBQ with this easy side dish.
