Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup applesauce
  • 1/3 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Grease or spray 12 muffin cups with Pam.
  2. In each cup. place 2 t. butter, 2 t. brown sugar, sprinkle of pecans and a dash of cinnamon.
  3. In a bowl, combine biscuit mix, applesauce and milk just until moistened.
  4. Spoon into muffin cups.
  5. Bake at 450 for 10 minutes.
  6. Immediately invert onto a serving platter. Serve warm. Makes 1 dozen.
