Easy Cinnamon Nut Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup margarine
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 3/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/2 cups sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts

Directions:

  1. Cream margarine, gradually adding the sugar; mix well.
  2. Beat in eggs one at a time.
  3. Mix flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, and salt together. Add to the creamed mixture alternately with the sour cream.
  4. Stir in the nuts.
  5. Bake in a greased loaf pan at 350 for 55-60 minutes.
  6. Turn out onto a wire rack to cool.
