Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups self-rising flour
  • 3 tbsp sugar
  • 12 oz beer

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Mix together all ingredients.
  3. Pour batter into a greased 9x5 loaf pan.
  4. Bake for 40-45 minutes.
  5. Serve warm or toasted.
