This is sooooo easy. Any beer will do, light or dark. My family thought I had spent the afternoon baking! Ingredients:
2 1/2 cups self-rising flour |
3 tablespoons sugar |
12 ounces beer |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Mix together all ingredients. 3. Pour batter into a greased 9x5 loaf pan. 4. Bake for 40-45 minutes. 5. Serve warm or toasted. |
