Ingredients:

  • 1000 g quark
  • 300 g sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 3 tbsp wheat groat
  • 50 g butter

Directions:

  1. With a help of a hand mixer mix quark, vanilla sugar, butter, sugar and egg yolks. Beat egg white and mix to the quark-egg yolk mixture. Roll out dough and put into a form, sprinkle wheat groat and add quark filling. Bake for 1 hour on 160°C.
